the deep eynde
los angeles underground * est. 1990

From CBGB to Whisky a Go Go, The Deep Eynde has carried its blend of dark rock, punk, deathrock, and rock ’n’ roll through underground venues on both sides of the Atlantic since the early ’90s.
Founded by frontman and lead vocalist Fate Fatal, the band emerged from the Los Angeles underground with early live shows featured on KROQ-FM before signing with skateboard legend Duane Peters and his label Disaster Records. Expanding beyond its gothic roots into a broader dark rock and punk sound, the band went on to share stages with acts including The Damned and Agnostic Front.
The band later released records through Bomp! Records in the United States, along with Germany’s People Like You Records and Apollyon Records, touring extensively throughout Europe in the early 2000s.
In Fall 2026, the band’s most recent song, Hand Over Knife, will be featured in the feature film Kobold, directed by Constantin Werner.
